The Iowa Junior Chamber (Iowa Jaycees) is a leadership development organization open to people aged 18-40. Our organization gives young adults the tools and support they need to build the bridges of success in the areas of business development, management, leadership and personal training, community and governmental involvement. "Developing Iowa's Future Leaders Today" is our tagline; there's no better place to do that than in the Iowa Junior Chamber. Why do we host Speed Networking Events? The Iowa Junior Chamber is committed to providing young professionals the tools they need to succeed in today's world. Networking is a big part of the Jaycee experience. By hosting public networking events to connect young professionals in their local communities, the Jaycee members gain not only the experience of organizing and running the events, but also an invaluable method of connecting with some of the most driven young professionals in the community. The Iowa Junior Chamber, U.S. Junior Chamber and Junior Chamber International are all widely regarded as a training ground for government, business, non-profit and civic leaders. Members are able to take advantage of some phenomenal training that will enhance their careers, personal lives and communities. |
